Drinking the Boresha BSkinny Coffee has allowed me to burn those last few stubborn pounds. I’m really excited about the results I’ve had and want to share this fantastic fat burning coffee with everyone else.

The most important thing to keep in mind is how to drink the coffee for the best results. With these tips, I know you too can see your waistline shrink.

The first thing to keep in mind that each Boresha BSkinny Coffee pouch is designed for 1 person twice a day.

Now I follow the brewing instructions on the pouch. I measure out 24 ounces of cold water and brew the pot. I then drink half the pot in the morning. I place the other half of the pot in a coffee cup in the fridge to heat up around 3 in the afternoon.
Drink BSkinny Coffee on an empty stomach. So first thing in the morning I have my first cup. Do not eat for an hour after your drink the fat burning coffee.

For my afternoon cup, I don’t eat after 1:00 so I know my stomach can be completely empty before my 3:00 cup. I then don’t eat again for an hour after I drank my second cup.

It is important you only use the BSweet Sweenter in the coffee. This is a low glycemic product and does not interfere with the fat burning process.
Boresha does have a BCreamy low glycemic product as well. Although adding 1% or 2% milk is allowed.

It is advised you do not drink other caffeinated beverages.
